We are now looking to recruit a client services advisor into our Customer Services Team

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - Times from 08:00 to 18:00

Responsibilities - Not limited too

You will be the central point of contact for all telephone enquiries and provide support for email enquiries and communication.

Responsible for setting up new client details on our internal system and maintain the current client database

Control the despatch of invoices to clients

Manage client price lists to ensure accuracy at all times, and manage any queries

To provide cover and support for the client service team to include reception duties

Requirements

The applicant (that’s you), will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good grasp of Microsoft Office and Outlook packages. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and work under pressure.
