Whether travelling from the south or north leave the M6 at Junction 44. At the Greymoorhill Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A689 (signposted for Workington A595). At Parkhouse Road roundabout take the 3rd exit (signposted Rockliffe). A large Asda store should be on your left and a number of car dealerships on your right. After approximately ¾ mile, turn left onto the Kingmoor Business Park. On entering the Business Park follow the round to your right past the back of the Cumbria County Council offices until you have almost doubled back on yourself. The ALS laboratory will now be in front of you.

Carlisle station is on the main London-Glasgow West Coast main line with frequent services from both England and Scotland. You will need to get a taxi from the station to the ALS Laboratory.
