We are delighted to report that ALS has been crowned 'Employer of the Year' in the 2019 Fenland Enterprise Business Awards.
The prestigious awards ceremony was held at the Braza Club in March on 4th October and featured some of the leading companies from across the Fenland region.
The Employer of the Year category is targeted at businesses which demonstrate a strong commitment to staff and how employees benefit the business. Commenting on ALS' contribution in this area, the judging panel were impressed with the "...approach to recruiting, inducting, training and developing staff which has proved to be an effective model for attracting new employees and improving staff retention."
Collecting the award on behalf of ALS was Site General Manager at Chatteris, Adam Rush (pictured below) who said that the award was "...a great reward for all of the hard work invested by many within our business, especially our Training Managers, our HR team and our Talent Acquisition Manager."
