ALS Customer Satisfaction now up to 99.4%

ALS is delighted to announce that levels of customer satisfaction have reached a record high of 99.4%.

This figure is based on direct feedback collected from 157 respondents that were contacted between January and the end of April and who rated our overall service as either 'Good, 'Very Good or 'Excellent. Of these, a massive 86% rated us as 'Very Good' or 'Excellent'.

The on-going survey, carried out by our Customer Service Team in Chatteris, is an integral part of our commitment to ensure that our customers receive the best possible levels of service at all times. Feedback is gathered directly via phone interviews and covers every aspect of our service including technical support, IT, and sample collections.

Other highlights from the survey are as follows:

  • Over 81% of respondents rated our technical support as either 'Very good' or 'Excellent'
  • 92% stated that they were very happy with our web-based results portal 'EOS'
  • 98% were happy with our sample collection service

In addition, given the cost pressures upon many of our customers within the food and pharmaceutical sectors at present, a significant 93% stated that they thought the service provided by ALS represented good value for money.
