ALS recently won the ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ award at the annual Labs Awards ceremony held as part of the Lab Innovations Conference at Birmingham’s NEC on 2nd November.
We feel this award is reflective of our efforts to make ALS a really welcoming place of work and one that genuinely values the contribution made by each and every employee. We are extremely proud of our activities on addressing gender equality and of our ‘RISE’ initiative (Reach, Inspire, Share, Elevate) that encourages, informs and celebrates diversity and inclusion.
