A word from Nigel...
"I’m sure that most people working within the food industry will agree that good news is very thin on the ground right now and that 2022 will be remembered as one of the most challenging for some time..
Like almost every business, ALS continues to face the same challenges, but what we have tried to do over the past few weeks is share some of the many positive stories within our company which can sometimes get overlooked.
One of the common factors uniting many of these posts has been the quality of our staff who have worked hard throughout the year to deliver improvements and assist our clients every day.
In recognition of this, it was particularly rewarding to report that our Net Promoter Score in November – an indicator of how our clients feel about ALS – was the highest of the year so far within our Food business, with many positive personal comments of appreciation received from clients.
In return, I would like to thank all our clients for their continued support and understanding throughout 2022. We work with some fantastic organisations and some fantastic people who have all showed tremendous resilience.
In the days ahead I hope that we can all get to set aside these challenges for a short while to enjoy a safe and enjoyable Christmas with family and friends and to remember the most important things in life".
