ALS is pleased to confirm the successful completion of the purchase of 100% of the shares in Mikrolab on 18th February.
Mikrolab is an accredited Food and Water testing laboratory in Slovakia offering Microbiology, Chemistry and Sensory analysis. It is located in central Slovakia with good connections to the western and eastern areas of the country and also northern Hungary.
The acquisition further underlines ALS's commitment to the strategic plan of expanding its Food & Pharmaceutical business into new geographical areas and will form part of the Food & Pharmaceutical Eastern European Sub-Region.
