ALS is pleased to announce that it has acquired ØMM-Lab AS in Norway.
ØMM-Lab is a small food and water testing laboratory based just outside Sarpsburg, 97kms south east of Oslo. The laboratory is equipped to provide expert analysis of food samples as well as both drinking and waste water.
4 of the previous shareholders of the business - including the Laboratory Manager, Ingunn Holme - are also employees, and have agreed to remain with ALS to help drive the future development of the business in Norway.
The acquisition of ØMM-Lab AS, which comes just weeks after the acquisition of Controlvet, is a further illustration of ALS's strategic plan to expand its food testing capabilities across Europe.
