ALS achieves best ever customer satisfaction scores

ALS is delighted to report that it has recorded its 'best ever' levels of Customer Satisfaction in the 1st Quarter of 2015.

The results, obtained from 100 different customers, form part of ALS's on-going Customer Satisfaction Survey which is carried out 52 weeks a year by its Customer Service Team based in Chatteris.

The survey, which is one of the most comprehensive of its kind in the industry, covers every aspect of ALS's service package, from its collection service through to the quality of its analysis and the communication of its results.

Some of the highlights of the survey include the following:

  • 'How do you rate ALS's Overall Service?' - 36% Excellent / 60% Very Good / 4% Good
  • 'How do you rate ALS's Customer Service?' - 58% Excellent / 37% Very Good / 5% Good
  • 'How do you rate ALS's Turnaround Times?' - 25% Excellent / 70% Very Good / 19% Good
  • 'How do you rate ALS's Value for Money?' - 19% Excellent / 45% Very Good / 22% Good
  • Collection service - of the 77% that used the service between January-March, 100% were positive about the service
  • Webtrieve - of those that use ALS's web-based portal 'Webtrieve', 100% of respondents were positive about it with 84% rating the 'Registration' module as either 'Excellent' or 'Very Good'.
