ALS customer approval now at 98.5%

For the past two years, our dedicated Customer Service Team at Chatteris has been contacting customers every week to find out what they think about our service. This survey – one of the most comprehensive in the testing industry – takes the form of a comprehensive telephone interview so that customers get a chance to talk to us in detail about what they like and what they think we can do better.

Last year, we completed 285 individual detailed surveys across the full spectrum of our customer base with questions on the quality of our collection service, technical support, turnaround times and the integrity of our results.

We are delighted to report that 98.5% of customers described the quality of our overall service as either ‘Good, ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’.

Although this is a massive vote of confidence in all of our staff across the business, it will not diminish our determination to further improve our service as we strive to establish ALS as the UK’s first choice laboratory for high quality analytical testing.
