- Monday 18th December to Thursday 21st December - Normal business hours
- Friday 22nd December - Sample submissions up to 2pm
- Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th December – Closed
- Wednesday 27th December – Friday 29th December – Normal business hours
- Monday 1st January – Closed
- Normal business hours resume from Tuesday 2nd January
