With over 900 companies and over 3000 users registered, clients of ALS UK’s online portal ‘EOS’ are becoming ever more reliant on our system.
Since its launch in 2009, EOS has undergone many changes and developments to put us well ahead of our competitors and their portal offerings – and this hard work has not gone unnoticed by our clients. One Technical Manager commented that ‘it appears too good to be true – I cannot believe we did not switch to ALS sooner’.
It has been a combination of the input and support from a variety of members of ALS staff which has allowed the growth of EOS to be so successful. A close relationship between our clients, sales team, customer services team, IT and operational team means that the continued development of EOS can keep up well ahead of our competitors in the future.
Since its launch in 2009, EOS has held over 18.5 million result records allowing easy access for clients anytime, anywhere. With over 80% of samples being submitted through EOS to the laboratories, it also assists the laboratory and allows them to process a greater number of samples in a shorter period of time.
